We grew a load of Hubbard ...Impressive Squash haul! We grew a load of Hubbard squash, amongst others, which we peeled cubed blanched and froze. It makes lovely roasted veg!<br />Incidentally the probable reason for the corn, we had the same experience, seems to be that you naturally pick the best seeds you see, the largest and plumpest, whereas seed companies are not nearly as fussy.<br />We grew a load of pointy red peppers this year, the seeds came from realseeds, and they have been delicious.
